Hapa Resources was registered in 2016 as a social initiative with Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) and engages in community development work in the areas of; Community Health, and Education.
We partner locally on community-led projects that provide comprehensive approaches to social challenges within low-resource settings in Uganda and in doing so, we strive at establishing partnerships aimed at engaging in development initiatives that have direct linkages to.

Why We Need You
Who can volunteer with Hapa Resources?
We welcome passionate individuals of all backgrounds who are committed to contributing their time and skills towards community development in education and health sectors in Uganda.
What types of volunteer roles are available?
Volunteer roles include community health education support, administrative assistance, event coordination, training facilitation, ambulance and emergency support, and fundraising activities.
How do I apply to volunteer?
Interested volunteers can apply by filling out the volunteer application form on our website or contacting our volunteer coordinator via email.
Is there a minimum time commitment?
We appreciate any time volunteers can give, but we recommend a minimum commitment of one month to maximize impact.
Are volunteers trained?
Yes, all volunteers receive orientation and relevant training to prepare for their specific roles and ensure community safety and effectiveness.
Can I volunteer remotely?
Depending on the role, some administrative or fundraising tasks may be done remotely; however, most community engagement roles require in-person presence.
